Beach Club Villas Condominium is nestled within Sawgrass Country Club Community in Ponte Vedra Beach, south of Jacksonville, Florida. The Condominium Property consists of forty-four (44) units located in four (4) buildings. Beach Club Villas Condominium is located on the east side of Ponte Vedra Boulevard, with beach access across the parking lot.

It is bordered by the Atlantic Ocean, on the east side, the Guana Preserve across the road, and the Intracoastal Waterway on the west. The ancient city of St. Augustine is a 30-minute drive to the south, and scenic Amelia Island is just a ferry boat ride away at Mayport Landing to the north.

The name Sawgrass may be recognized for its world-class golf and pristine beach, but those who call Sawgrass “home” revere its intimate atmosphere, unique beauty and plethora of available activities. Very few self-contained communities in the world offers beach access and casual livability found at Sawgrass.

The Sawgrass Association, Inc. (The Master Association), represents residents of the Country Club at Sawgrass, including all Condominiums and is responsible for certain maintenance functions for the overall community of Sawgrass.
